Reed has 11 years of experience with SaaS-based solutions in the supply chain industry, focusing on EDI, eCommerce, marketplaces, and warehouse automation in the Mid-Market & Enterprise ERP spaces.
Having spent 6 years in direct sales and 5+ years cultivating and maintaining partner relationships across Microsoft, Acumatica, Sage, NetSuite, and SAP ERP, Reed has helped generate additional opportunities and revenue streams for both partners and the organization. His work spans all aspects of partner onboarding, enablement, sales strategy, product awareness, support, and collaboration.
Building Relationships
Building relationships in the channel is simple: it requires respect, responsiveness, visibility, trust, loyalty, and dedication to put the customer first. As Reed puts it: “If there’s no customer, there’s no partner or ISV. At the end of the day, trust is the biggest factor. To build trust, you need to hold true to your values. Sales may focus on numbers, but knowing someone on a personal level and genuinely caring about them strengthens both trust and results.”

As Channel Partner Manager, Reed is focused on establishing a partner program that gives partners knowledge and confidence in our products, services, and company, so customers can succeed. The goal is for partners to understand the value we bring in the shipping industry and see how we can work together to help grow their customers. Reed emphasizes a customer-first attitude, understanding that success is not one size fits all, and that partner success drives overall growth.
